Finalizing Stick and Cell Phone Drawings

Here is all of the first year students' cell phone and stick drawings of four squares on the wall in the lobby of the Gatewood Studio Arts Building.

From the 32 thumbnail drawings we had to keep combining, rotating, and/or enlarging the squares into a new set of 16 and then from the 16 into a set of 8 and then again into a final set of 4.  This exercise allowed me to use my imagination and just let my hand draw whatever I was thinking at that second.  I really enjoyed drawing so abstract!
